Pancun’s M.2 2280 SATA Drive delivers all the advantages of Flash Disk technology with the Serial ATA
I/II/III interface and is fully compliant with the standard Next Generation Form Factor (NGFF) called M.2
Card Format. It can reach up to 550MB/s read and 510MB/s write high performance standard, with low
power consumption compared to traditional hard drive, which making it the ideal storage device for
embedded solution.

Pancun's M.2 2280 SSD  features the SATA III 6Gb/s interface and the state-of-the-art 3D NAND technology, which allows 112 layers of 3D NAND flash chips to be vertically stacked.
